- Jharkhand residents AND admitted in MBBS course in medical colleges of Bihar in sessions started from 2000 (creation of Jharkhand state)
- Jharkhand residents AND admitted in MBBS course in medical colleges of Bihar before the creation Jharkhand state may
Reservation in State Quota seats applicable only for permanent residents of Jharkhand.
