- Candidates are required to submit a photograph of at least 35X45 mm in which 75% of their face and head are visible
- A caption should be included at the bottom of the photo, indicating the name and date of the photo.
- Photographs should be taken with a white background
- A full frontal view of the face must be shown in the photographs
- The high-quality paper must be used with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi for printing the photograph
- The colour and tone of the photographs must reflect a natural appearance
- If your photograph has kinks, scratches, and stains, it might get rejected
- In photographs, shadows should not reflect on the face with red eyes
