1. Format for Letter from Embassy – NRI

Particulars	Details
Signature	The certificate should be issued by the Indian Embassy or the Embassy of the country where the applicant resides. It must carry the signature, seal, designation of the certifying officer, and should be issued on Embassy Letter Head.
Validity	6 Months
Stamp Paper	—

Note	The certificate should be obtained in the name of the Candidate (if the candidate is NRI) or in the name of the NRI Sponsor.

2. Sponsorship Certificate Details

Particulars	Details
Signature	The Deponent should be the NRI Sponsor.
Validity	Valid for the complete course duration and should clearly mention the admission period as 2025-26.
Stamp Paper	Rs.100 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper
Notary	The affidavit should be notarized by any one of the following: Notary Public in India (on Indian Stamp Paper) Notary Public in the country of residence of the sponsor Embassy authorities in some countries may authorize the relationship affidavit on Embassy Letter Head instead of stamp paper
Note	If the affidavit is authorized by Embassy authorities on official Embassy Letter Head, then separate stamp paper notarization may not be required.
