Karnataka NEET PG Seat Category : Govt. Quota (G)
State Quota seats(50% of total Govt. seats) & a % of seats under each Private Minority, Private Non-minority and Private University seats. The % varies
Eligibility criteria (any one of the 2 criteria)
- Studied and Passed MBBS from an Institute in the State of Karnataka (or)
- Studied and Passed MBBS from any institute in India AND has studied any 10 years from 1st to12th Standard in Karnataka AND passed either 10th or 12th standard exam from Karnataka*
Reservations in Govt. Quota seats only for Karnataka candidates. Hyd-Kar Region quota for local candidates of that region
*Children of All India Service from Karnataka cadre, Union Govt. employees / State undertakings whose home town is Karnataka, Members of Parliament, Defence personnel, Ex Service men would have relaxation on rule of 10 years study /exam within Karnataka
