Government seats are strictly for candidates who completed MBBS from Rajasthan. Rajasthan domicile alone is not sufficient for these seats if the candidate completed MBBS from another state. Such government-seat eligibility opens only in the Stray Vacancy Round, subject to the official counselling notification and seat rules for that round.
