Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for admission to medical and dental colleges in the state, candidates must qualify for NEET PG 2024 and score at least the required percentile. The following table shows the NEET PG cutoff 2024 required to qualify.
- In order to qualify, candidates must have completed the MBBS program at one of the state’s medical institutes.
- The Telangana PG medical admission 2024 will also be open to local candidates from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, and Christian Medical College, Dichpally.
- Medical graduates must possess an MBBS degree that is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Candidates already pursuing postgraduate studies must discontinue them and submit the bond amount and the stipend they have drawn up to that point. Such candidates must also submit a certificate issued by the institution’s head.
- Candidates for Telangana PG admission must be registered with the State Medical Council or NMC.
- It is mandatory to complete a one-year rotatory internship by August 15, 2024.

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2024 Process
- Selected candidates as mentioned in the state merit list will be eligible to participate in the NEET PG AP state counselling.
- The counselling of AP NEET PG will be held online by NTRUHS.
- Two rounds of Andhra Pradesh PG medical/dental counselling will be conducted.
- In case of vacant seats, a mop-up round of AP NEET PG counselling will be held.
- During counselling, candidates will have to register and fill their preferences of courses and colleges.
- Candidates must ensure to submit their choices within the stipulated time.
- Based on the availability of seats and the preferences of candidates, Andhra Pradesh NEET PG admission 2024 will be granted.
- Candidates allotted seats during AP PG medical/dental counselling will be required to report to the allotted college.
- During reporting, candidates will have to pay the admission fee and submit the required documents.

Step 1 Registration: Go to the official website of KNRUHS, Warangal or tspgmed.tsche.in.
- On the home page click on the ‘PG Courses Medical’ tab.

The authorities release a provisional NEET PG Telangana merit list 2024 on the official website. In the merit list, candidates whose application forms will be accepted will be listed, along with their state merit rank, which will serve as the basis for document verification. Keeping in line with previous years’ trends and the state’s seat reservation policy, all seats that remain empty after deducting those reserved for All India Quota (AIQ) shall go to the local candidates. Through the process of web-options entry, candidates submit their preferences for colleges/courses to the counselling committee. Therefore, candidates are advised to go through the fee structure of the colleges before selecting them while the option entry form. They must also fill in as many options as possible to maximise their chances of seat allotment.
Telangana NEET PG Counselling Seat Allotment Order 2024
The competent authority will release a list of the selected candidates. The selection process or seat allotment is based on the marks obtained in NEET PG 2024, ranks obtained in the state merit list and the individual preferences filled by the candidate. Out of those selected, those who wish to retain their seats will have to join the respective institute before the deadline. Not joining the institute will lead to forfeiture of the candidature.
