Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2026 Registration Process

The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) will conduct the Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2026 registration online. This is the complete step-by-step registration process.

STEP 1 : Purchase of PIN

• Visit the official website: www.medadmgujarat.org
• Purchase the PIN by paying Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) and Rs. 25,000 (refundable security deposit),
• The PIN will be required throughout the registration and admission process.

STEP 2 : Online Registration

• Select “Medical/Dental” in the “Post Graduate Admission” portal.
• Choose “Log-in for Post-Graduate Medical Admission,” where you will also need to click “Purchase PIN” if you haven’t done so already.
• Once you have the PIN, click on “Candidate Registration/Login.”
• If you are a new user, select the “Click here for New Registration” button.

STEP 3 : Filling Out The Registration Form

• Input the serial number of the PIN, 14-digit PIN, email address, mobile number, and NEET roll number.
• Fill in all personal details as required in the online registration.
• Create a password (6–12 alpha-numeric characters) and be sure to remember this password for use when logging in again.
• Check all of the information provided. Click “I Agree” to accept the statement and submit the registration.
• You will then receive an OTP (One Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number as a verification process.

STEP 4 : Uploading Documents

• after registration upload all required documents in understandable formats, (.PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, or .PNG).
• Double check that all documents are legible and valid before final submission.
• Once you have uploaded your documents, click “Confirm Registration Details.” After you have confirmed your registration details, you will not be able to make any changes.

STEP 5 : Appointment for Document Verification

• After registration, candidates must book an appointment for document verification at a designated Help Center.
• Select the date and Help Center at the time of printing the registration slip.
• Print two copies of the registration details and attach self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents.
• Both the candidate and parent/guardian must sign the registration form.

STEP 6 : Document Verification at Help Center

• On the specific date, attend the Help Centre with original documents and self-attested copies for each of the original documents.
• Officer will verify all of the details and will provide you with a Registration Slip that has been signed and stamped.
• It is mandatory to do the verification at the Help Center; without verification you will not be eligible for the counselling round.
